No idea what has happened to Ozil
---
I do, he had a goal machine in front of him (Ronaldo).
Must be hard kicking a ball forwards, getting an assist when Ronaldo does all the hard work.
Swap Ronaldo for the french pretty boy or Welbeck and you're gonna have a bad time.
Ozil will end up at Fulham in a couple of years for a fee of about 5 million
Ozil has been terrible since one month after signing for Arsenal in my opinion. Based on performance in the last year he's worth no more than £8m or so. Lazy, poor and a luxury.
Mata delivers numbers. His ability and effectiveness cannot be questioned, even if he does drift in and out of games.
he's not being helped being played out of position...BUT...
a class player that he is/was shld be able to adapt/learn the role thats expected and do it to a decent standard at least...whereas he just looks like he's sulking/not bothered.
Bit harsh on Ozil, he's a quality player and you know settling in takes time. I believe his world class will show through soon.
oscar> mata>ronaldinho (now)>ozil
Kagawa had better stats than Ozil, and he was played on the left wing.
Mata has scored 8 in his last 11??

About right I think DJ
I disagree Blarmy, Mata yes but Ozil definitely not. He is just as good as he was at Madrid, but hasn't settled yet. You know players "gelling" takes time.

Ozil should be used to PL by now, if he doesnt like getting kicked he wont make it here. He will end up in Germany or a lesser Spanish team within a year
Mata means "Kill" in Spanish, that should be added to the stats... what's an Ozil?
Not at all. World Class players often take longer to settle due to how good they are. The better the player, the longer they take to get used to the league.
