My point is this, Nev: Surely whether Pearson or the club have broken a formal contract (which won't mention Stringer explicitly, but may theoretically give Radio Leicester the ultimate choice on who does the interview) or not doesn't matter to this argument? In fact, it'll be the club as Pearson won't have signed this contract himself.
All it says is that Pearson, and probably the rest of the dressing room, don't want to speak to Stringer. It gives no insight as to whether they're right or wrong to do so, it only illustrates the strength of feeling and that the club is prepared to back them quite considerably on the matter.
Nev - You seem to be saying that someone at the BBC is leaking details of a confidential contract between it and LCFC to a member of the public?
Nice try TB but no Cigar.
You guys go from i don't believe you to you are being given confidential information make you mind up?
Dung You raise the point and i don't have a clue and this is my thrust.
1. Is the club just backing the manager or is it their desision.
2. Do all the players not want to speak to Stringer we know of two from NP or are they being told not to?
I don't know the answers to either of them
Chesham it was a joke its hard to tell with all the testosterone flying about
My view:
1. I'd say backing the manager but at the very least not entirely unsympathetic, given that they don't appear to banging on his door and waving his own contract in front of him if he doesn't renew media relations with Radio Leicester.
2. Almost certainly not all (it's hard to imagine Andy King getting wound up enough to flat refuse an interview of his own accord, for instance), but some and enough. I know I'd be annoyed with him if I was in that squad and saw him doing the cut-throat gesture: If I didn't know him, I'd think he was being disrespectful and two-faced and I'd happily back up any of my teammates who refused to speak to him. My point is that it's not necessarily all active anger and refusal but I'd expect some more passive support for that viewpoint as well -players quite reasonably backing their manager and teammates by joining in the refusal.

That is all
----------------------------------------------------------------------
A short, concise post??
Are you sure you are on the right thread 😉😉😉
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think everything has been covered already arro.
Just adding my two-pence worth. Lol
Besides i don't think they're in much of a minority, just less preferred contributors.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Arro....... Really?
I dont think so, but if it helps you contribute to keep thinking I am then knock yourself out!!
I completely disagree with your statement that Nev and JG are less preferred contributors!!! They both have fantastic debating skills and viewpoints that they firmly believe in, this forum would be a lot weaker without their contributions.
We just have a difference of opinion, end of.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well you wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of the forum police (BS)
I don't contribute much to this forum, but i really like to read everyones opinions. (And arguments!) And I did stick up for you arro if you remember. But recently everyone is fighting amongst ourselves. Even on the recent thread

Again you have misread and misrepresented a post to try and fit your agenda. TB is not saying that you have been given confidential information but that some of the information you are posting could only have been obtained from confidential documents. So either you have seen them or are just making things up
*or making things up or presenting heresay as fact
Football brings out the passion in us....
But you guys take things far too seriously
This isn't a discussion anymore its a court room full of barrack room lawyers and board police.
Get over yourselves. as some once said those who don't like to be judged are the first to judge others.

No I don't remember as I have never been on this forum under another name. If you read BS post you will see that this is virtually impossible to do, and I bow to his superior knowledge as I am new here and only joins so I could enjoy healthy debate with fellow foxes.
I just missed you arro, that's all. Just wanted to show my affection!
You can use BS as a shield from the real you, but all u would need to do is start a new phone contract, and hey presto..new IP
Regarding the issue of IP addresses, it is actually pretty easy to change your IP address, as detailed in the link below;
http://whatismyipaddress.com/change-ip
Not that I am suggesting anything, just something I am aware of from my workplace.
Also, if anyone wants to sort this contract issue out, it is a fairly straight forward process to file a Freedom of Information Act request;
http://www.bbc.co.uk/foi/requesting-information/
As I mentioned before, I can't see anywhere that specifically states what cannot be requested but I am sure there are numerous clauses stating that certain information cannot be disclosed. Whether that includes contracts with private sector companies I don't know.
Thank you for the show of affection, you really shouldn't.......
But can we just get one thing clear I am NOT Arro, I have NEVER been Arro.
So I hope that clears that issue for you all 😀
On changing IP address, Hola is a really good plugin that does that if you want to watch American TV, i'd recommend it
Oh don't worry I had an IP generator back in the day when I decided to set up a second account on here. Every time I created a new ja606 account from a new IP address it got barred and I had to change the IP again. After about 12 times I gave up. Oh and I got banned completely for do in it in the first place.
If it were that easy Lcfc69 would be all over these boards!
I see Nev has now become a rabbit in the headlights now people are starting to ask for the detail to back up his latest factoid....
If Ian Stringer has leaked to Nev that LCFC are breaching the terms of a confidential contract with Radio Leicester, then Stringer could potentially lose his job....
Unless of course Stringer has fed Nev a few scraps without being that specific and Nev has made up the rest. Only one way to try and find out....thanks for the link Foxello.
Congratulation BS you have let everyone know what you like now.
Its a joke nev, calm down. I'm sure Stringer can manage to get himself fired without my help if he is now leaking confidential contract information to hapless members of the public.
No you fool no one it was a threat made by a bully your standard currency on here
Stop being dramatic - I haven't threatened you or anyone else on this board - give up the politics, get back to football
You have gone to far this time BS
