that is a separate issue.

you asked me why we are punching above our weight this season (or at least at it), and i answered you… because we have a very very young squad, and lots of average imports.

I dont think all will come through Chronic. You will have some that reach their peak quickly. Like Kane for instance. Doing extremely well this season but does he have that high of potential? Hes great holding up the ball and scoring but hes not the quickest. Luckily he seems to be a smart player as well. Its all up in the air.

Also he is likely the one keeping you guys punching above your weight Hes won you guys plenty of points this season. Credit Poch for playing him and Soldado for sucking balls.

Until we sort out player recruitment then it doesn't matter who we put on the pitch. We have spent £100mill on 7 players for ffs and a few more in the summer. Not an exciting get you out of your seat player amongst any of them . No game changers !
Where are the flair players. And Whoever thought chiriches was half decent should not be allowed to work in football again. .!!

Hopefully the new recruitment team can bring in a change but I feel we will be stuck with many of these players as levy will put a premium on them and our targets would have gone by the time we are free to make a move.

You're not punching "well above your weight". Quite an odd comment. You're not exactly doing an Athletico. You're 7th in the table.

I know you guys used to pride yourselves on playing exciting football regardless of the results....but if you want to get those flair or exciting players you need to win something to make more money. Which means youll likely have to be less snobby about wanting those players and style of play now.

But this is nonsense isnt it? Players need time to settle. Managers need to use them properly and to their strengths otherwise the fault is in the miscommunication between the manager, scouts and levy. They need to know what to look for in players/who their targets are and why.

You don't have to spend a fortune to get footballers that can handle a football . Teams below us in he league have flair players which haven't cost a fortune. But through good recruitment.

Chronic I love ya mate but I cannot agree.

One plan Poch as I call him, he has no plan B. No tactical changes, No system changes.

As for punching well above our weight....

We are seventh in the league despite having the sixth biggest wages. We should be finishing top 7 no way should we finish any lower due to our player quality and experience of finishing there.

We exited the fa cup to the most out of form team in the premier league....at home.

We exited the Europa against a Fiorentina team not even firing on all cyclinders.

We have reached the Carling cup final with a semi final mishap against a league one side.

I fail to see many positives in his reign, from the first game to now we play exactly the same. No progression.

This is Juande Ramos mark 2 he will be sacked next year and in will come Klinsmann. I have absoloutely no doubt. Lets just hope by some miracle like Ramos, Poch wins us a trophy.
