Firmly believe if Cellino stays well clear he can do a good job just like NR did before Cellino waded in.

We have a good core of young players who have hunger and desire to succeed without Cellino rocking the boat they are capable of achieving.

The second being with an orthopaedic bed salesman when we were in our early 20s.....

Good appointment

Think this time we mean business...He's going to change our dreadful tactics on the pitch. He lay down the foundation for Brentford back in 2011 - look where they are now.

An excellent appointment. Very imoressed with both him and Pearson in the press conference. Well, the proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say, but this definitely looks like a positive step.
