Been looking forward to this fight for a while now
Does look an even fight
Dirrell is quick and i think DeGale will need to cut the space down and trade punches
Hard to pick a winner but i'd go for Degale on points but only just
Dirrell wouldn't even trade Pokemon cards like alone punches, Chunky will need to be the aggressor, get inside Dirrell, outwork him and make him uncomfortable.
Apologies for my flippancy John ,but you did lead with your chin .
I think that if the fight was over here , de Gale would win ,but whether he will be able to land enough scoring blows on a very slippery and capable opponent in his own back yard ,I'm not so sure .I go for a majority points win for Dirrell .
DeGale on Points for me. Comfortable
btw Dirrell is only a Bronze medalist
Looking forward to it and I believe DeGale will stop Dirrell.
Big title fight on at a decent time
DeGale will have to walk Dirrell down
Going to be interesting to see if he can
I have been looking forward to this one.
Dirrell was robbed against Froch IMO (his only loss), but hasn't been active enough since that fight
Tough fight to call. Not sure DeGale will get any favours from the judges if the fight goes the distance.
Cant wait for this. Hope Degale wins.
I think dirrel will sneak a decision simalar to the one froch got against him where its contraversial

Rodriguez vs Baker on the undercard should be fireworks as well

Povetkin vs Perez in a bit
No way will Direll take this, Degale is too hungry and equally as skilled. Its one of those fights which goes down to who has the toughness to take a few to land a few eye catchers.

heated weigh in
Perez is finished at the top level. Fat mess. Waste of talent.
Definitely finished at the top level for now, think he could come back though as we never got to see if his conditioning and that was any better.
Big rebuild job going to have to be done ala Price.

Povetkin has won the four fights he has had since wlad all by ko.
And in all fairness they have been pretty good opposition for the most part, the heavyweight division is a bit thin on the ground, but if you actually look at who he has beat it's te sort of fighters that Joshua needs to start moving towards.
Isint he now manditory for the WBC?
And correct me if I'm wrong here but didn't he win the purse for the wlad fight and that's why it went to Russia?
Cause I think he would win the purse against wilder and if he did wilder would have to travel to Russia.
If you asked my honest opinion in that situation I personally think Povetkin takes him.
There's something about De Fail that irritates me massively. His whole demeanour actually. Come on Dirrell
