see if they want ade lennon and Andros townsend too. 40 mill for the lot
bargain
Please God.. make this happen
Think if we sold Lamela we might actually spunk some money on some strikers.
Think Palace will rob us blind with any Bolasie deal. He's a good player - strong, pacy and direct, but I feel with the countdown on towards the end of the window and the fact that most PL teams are reasonably wealthy right now means they'll ask for £20m minimum fot him.
how much you reckon bolassie is worth?
Offering to get rid at the point where he looks his most shiiit
Let's hope Juventus are extremely stupid.
to be fair, he would probably do well at juve, like he did well at roma.

He may, he may not. Pretty sure Juventus will dominate the league again with or without him. He's definitely got more chance of performing in a weaker league that's for sure.
Would be a good deal all round. Lamela isn't going to make it in the UK (much as we'd like him to) and he'd tear it up in Italy again.
I think we paid £26million (!) plus add ons. So anything above £15millioon would be a decent-ish sale on our part.

This is bang on <Y>
How much I think he's actually worth and how much we'd have to pay - particularly right now - are very different:
I'd say he was worth £12-£15m tops.
I reckon Palace would demand at least £20m right now.
They can charge that much because of the new TV deal, and the limited time they'd have to bring in a replacement would mean they might have to pay over the odds to do so.
I would take 15m with poss add ons for Lamela without a doubt. He needs to go now before he makes himself look any worse. Its like watching a sparrow chasing something when he is running all over the shop fouling people. He has actually gone backwards since last season.

I must admit that when I first saw pictures of him around the time he signed, I've never seen anyone look physically less like a professional footballer.

Really? that lanky streak that's 20 years older than when we first started talking about him?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed. If Llorente is the answer then I don't know what the question is.
Maybe 'Which old clumsy and not very prolific striker would be the biggest waste of money for a club this transfer window?'.

I agree. I’ve nothing against the player, but like Soldado, he clearly is not suited to a league as fast as ours.
I say we cash in now before his value plummets even further as his contract runs down more and more.
don will be crying though. he had watched lamela for years prior to spurs and told us all he would be amazing
What's he been offered to Juve as exactly? I've got a cheese plant in my dining room with more presence. I'm sorry to say I'm really starting to worry about the rest of the season and its only 2 games in. Loads of encouraging signs then pow, nothing. Like a group of players that had just met and played together for the first time. WHY???
