Doubt that really, when he's played garbage he's been criticised for playing garbage. When he plays well he is praised for playing well. Then you have the disturbing worshippers who would offer to suck his balls if they walked in on him banging their sister.

Amazing what having a ball winner in midfield does to the form of the more creative players.

Our style of play, the system and the players in it, is far more effective. As such a number of our players, and not just Ozil, have excelled since the turn of the year.

We can still improve though, as a team and individual players - including Mesut Ozil.

Once in a while yes, not over a whole season. His peak form and our best football has come with the Alexis-Theo-Ozil dynamic...... FACT.
