Wow.
Robinho is eyeing a return to the Premier League & his agent has contacted Swansea & Leicester about a Deadline day move. (Source: Mail)
Thoughts?!
The point im trying to make is we have to give whoever comes in a chance. Ranieri was far from everyones first choice, generally everyone wanted Inler. It doesnt always work out as you think.
But no I dont Robinho
Robinho!
No way.......he's finished. And working hard was never one of his attributes. He would be on silly money as well
Middlesborough moving for Ulloa apparently
If Ulloah is going then there must be at least 2 strikers on the way in
Wasn't it Gayle who scuppered Liverpool's title challenge a couple of seasons back?

Yep. And that was it, he's literally done nothing since. And Liverpools defence at that time was worse than it is now....
Tom Lawrence has joined Cardiff on loan.
Robinho, now that is a dressing room disaster if there ever was one.
Leicester are 6/4 favourites to sign Robinho....
I suppose we have to remember that it is January and you’re always going to struggle to do the perfect deal. There are schools of thought that if you haven’t done your business by deadline day, then don’t do any business at all, as there will inevitably be an element of panic about it.
Of the contenders:
Austin: looks a steal at £4m, but he’s gone elsewhere. I need to move on.
Musa: too much of a gamble at the price we’re being quoted. Yes, I know it’s not my money, but by time we’ve given him a 3 year contract we’d be looking at £30m+, which is bound to limit our flexibility in the transfer market going forwards. Ok, if you’re a gambler, you might say he could fire us to the league title etc. etc. – but not for me.
Gayle: if we sign him it will be the most disappointed I’ve been since we sacked Pearson and replaced him with Ranieri – and look how that turned out.
That chap from AC Milan: doesn’t want to come
Remy: seems like the best cost v value signing to me. He may be a bit injury prone so we might need a good insurance policy on him.
That’s my view anyway. Unless we go in for Adebayo Akinfenwa for pure comedy value.
Robinho isn't coming to Leicester! No way......its deadline day sillyness
It will be Gayle or Remy and I'm not counting on the latter..
Inler close to a move to Hamburg on loan, Benalouane set to move to Fiorentina on loan
On Gayle, I'm sure people will be willing to give him a chance if he does come in.
I just don't want to be in the position where I have to.
I can understand Inler wanting to head out; I'm not so convinced that Benalouane is a good idea. Unless we think that Amartey can cover as a 4th centre back?
De jong has been released by AC Milan -
De Jong is going to the MLS.
That’s my view anyway. Unless we go in for Adebayo Akinfenwa for pure comedy value.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Talking of comedy – or perhaps horror, all I noticed of this at first was Ade... Akin...
As for Robinho, if he added a couple of letters to the end of his name, he'd be a good bet for Forest

I'm a bit uneasy about Remy, will he work hard enough? Will he have a beckford like attitude of 'I don't really want to be here?'
At least with a loan you can hand them back!
Remy to Leicester now being reported by talkSport.
He has a good goal-scoring record, approximately 1 in 3 and you would hope he could score half a dozen or so in the remaining 15 matches. I appreciate that he might not be the hardest of workers, but some of the best goal poachers aren't.

Sounds promising then. Maybe he'll be unveiled before the crowd tomorrow night.
Have we done that since Pontus Kamark signed at the side of the pitch at Filbert Street when McGee was here?
I think your surroundings and team mates can rub off on you, Leicester could be well be a catalyst for Remy.
