Going for the big name foreigner or FA insider hasn't worked, get the pragmatist, the inspirer, the guy that knows what it means to get results from mediocrity.

His last job was at Wolves ten years ago and he did a very poor job at Spurs, even his contributions at Chelsea are over exaggarrated.

I wouldn't mind Southgate

He's learned a lot since being in the prem, has realised now that you can't play the same way against every team or you'll get battered against teams like Man City. Well that's different from coming up against highly expierenced manager's at International level, i remember Chelsea's game at Bournemouth last season and i couldn't believe the amount of space and chances we were getting.
