Fully agree. I can shrug my shoulders knowing we can go 3rd if we beat Blackburn Tuesday. The FA need to sort out fixture congestion though, we shouldn't have a mid week game after playing today.

We deserved what we got - zilch.
Monk getting abit to complacent (even arrogant) with that selection... play for first 11, win it in the first half and the 2nd half is nothing more than a training session
Embarrassing but for those who wanted progress in the league over a run in the cup, this is what you get.
We live to fight in the league and I hope the result midweek justifies the selection today.
Coyle will hopefully learn, Philips is poor, Grimes too. Cooper was awful and that performance highlights the need for another centre half.
For Whitehouse, McKay, Denton and Wilks, I hope this doesn't affect their progress in the long-term.

I've said on the match day forum that no LUFC side should be set up to deliver that standard, it's bad all round. Hope this has no affect on Tuesday but it is not good for fans and club history alike.

Hypothetically speaking, wood plays today gets a broken leg and we don't get play offs.
Everyone moans that monk messed it up and we didn't need to play him.

Absolutely outraged at this pathetic teamsheet and performance today. Yesterday i was ranting at friends about how little respect the FA cup was getting with reserve sides in most fixtures. I was hoping that Leeds United would take it seriously.....but no.......we actually looked like we wanted to lose. Seriously that teamsheet was appalling and the we bring off experienced players and put on more kids!!!!!!
If had gone to the game the team bus would not be leaving the ground until i was paid my refund. Its that simple.
As for the players..........
Silvestri - garbage. get rid.
Coyle - never been good enough, never will be. get rid.
Denton - who gave this lad a contract just because he scored a goal earlier in the season? 21. never going to be good enough - get rid.
Cooper - going backwards.
McKay - garbage - get rid.
Whitehouse - is he the team bus driver? quite possibly the worst player ever to put on the white shirt. embarrassing. Not fit to wear the shirt. get rid.
Dallas - very average player - get rid
Doukara - dont play in lower league cup games because he never plays well in them.
Antonsson - really worrying performance - flimsy, no movement - no wonder hes nowhere near the starting line up. Awful.
Phillips - really cannot be better than Dave or Murphy. Never going to be good enough.
Grimes - my 15-yr son said "we are paying this kunnts wages" sums it up. send the kunnt back on a train.
Livid.

and so disappointed that the club can treat the competition in this way.
growing up it my ambition to score the winning goal in the cup final.
