Sort of makes a mockery of the new song we sing
Jose got us playing the way that we should
Wouldn't be angry if the only forwards on our books we kept for next season are Rashford n Mata.
The rest have been garbage.
Nothing else to be said really.
We haven't seen that game 15 times this season.
We've been better than today in quite a few of our home games, especially our earlier ones but we haven't finished our chances off.
In others, more so since the turn of the year, we've had games similar to today where up front we just seem devoid of any real attacking connection.
Fatigue is obviously an issue which has been compounded by how inadequately the squad has been managed throughout the season. Not to mention we let three players go in January and didn't bring anybody in.
Our season is in serious danger of being derailed.
Zlatan! No Target man to hold the ball!
Even missed Fellaini, so we couldnt go direct!
Zlatan - Gone you'd think.
Rooney - Going you'd hope.
Martial - Definiely on thin ice for me
Mkhitaryan - Give him benefit of first season but he's seriously underwhelmed in the league for me.
Mata - Had a good season for me. Fairly consistent.
Rashford - Played out of position most of season due to Zlatan. Still looks a real star in the making.
Lingard - Lucky lucky boy to be playing so many games for us. He occasionally scores a worldy but other than those seldom strikes he's constantly not good enough.
Our entire attack needs replacing almost.

Up top I think everyone expected more from the forwards this season. Only Zlatan and Mata, both of whom have been excellent for me, have delivered with any degree of consistency.
And despite the fact Rooney has been lambasted once again (deservedly based on today's performance, granted), he's contributed more to the bottom line this season than the likes of Mkhi and Martial.

I don't think Jose has a leg to stand on when he talks about fatigue in a diminished squad given that a) he has let players covering key positions leave without replacing them, and b) he has talented youngsters at his disposal that he has had plentiful opportunities to play.
He hasn't used his squad wisely really. Letting Schneiderlin AND Schweinsteger go and no bringing in a player in Jan (even a stop gap one) was a huge mistake with the amount of games it looked like we'd have.
If we don't get CL football.....he's going to get it from all angles.

I've seen people calling out Smalling and Jones without actually knowing the extent of their injuries.
Jones was rushed back from injury earlier in the season. I think if he felt he was able to play he would.
I just hope Mata hasn't been rushed back too soon and doesn't break down in one of the upcoming games.

It's a shame we don't play another league game this month.
Playing catch up and being in so many competitions could have its downside, alternatively if we keep on getting results, momentum could see us through and we could be in for a really exciting end to the season.
Just hope fatigue and injuries don't derail us.

We've got a number of important players (Pogba, Ibra, Herrera, Valencia primarily) who will be suffering from a degree of muscle wear and fatigue at this point.
Losing any of those players for more than a few games, Pogba and Ibra in particular, could have a very serious impact on how our run in goes.

We play 3 cm every game and we have 4 to chose from.
One is 35 and cant play every game
One is fellaini who is that fecking dense, is going to miss the next 3 league games because of his stupidity.
Onr long term injury and we would have been fecked.
You cant play 3 in midfield every week and only have 4 to chose from
