RVP was a complete striker and if he had more in his game...at his best he the players beside him would become unplayable.
Augero is different type of striker and amazing at that he does too..both are amazing!
At peak I would pick RVP by a close margin and personal preferences on his style of play.
I would prefer to watch a prime RVP, not saying that makes him better but better on the eye IMO, his technique was spectacular.
For Chelsea rn I would choose RVP.

I'm surprised so many people are saying Aguero. I honestly think that final season RVP was the best season I have seen from any striker in the PL.
Remember the volley RVP scored v Charlton? Was like he was in the fecking Matrix or something! Don't think Agureo scores a goal like that.
It's easy to pick Aguero because of just how consistently he scores goals and how good he's been for so long now.
But, I'd argue Aguero was still in his peak years when RVP had his best season for United, and RVP was for me much 'better' than Aguero in a single season.
Aguero without any hesitation.

Both brilliant strikers at their peak, hard to pick who would be best, but I'd say RVP had more finesse and scored the more spectacular goals
