Dunno if you watched our game against Palace (who we were way better than) but it sums up what I said about our over-reliance on the creativity of our Belgian CBs.
Yeah I did. It also shows your reliance on full backs providing in the final third as well.
Tbf they kind of did, as bad a performance as it was we still missed heaps of sitters. On a more clinical day it could have easily been 3 or 4.
I don’t think you missed that many sitters. Though I didn’t see all of the first half so stand to be corrected. The score line flattered Palace from what I saw though.
Kane had a free shot within 12 yards that he hit at Hennessy, Aurier missed a sitter as well, and Kane missed another as well.
That Aurier one still cracks me up thinking about it. And three fouls throws.

Tbf I thought it was quite harsh cos most players foul throw all the time, he is the first to be called out on it (even tho the first was a shocker)
