Winter break is gonna take place in February, and it's only for 13 days. Coming into place in the 2019-20 season.

actually my mistake, the article says it'll be at 'least' 13 days. FA Cup games will be congested into one week with no replays.

They're congesting all FA Cup games into one week, with no replays.
