The linos were poor all game, there were a good few times I saw players offside/onside and the wrong decision was called.
Casemiro one wouldve been harsh, but I'm not sure. He touched the ball but didn't exactly win it, just clattered into the man. Bit of a grey area, but it probably just bordered on the side of a foul.
Spurs - RM identical run streak continues.
It is grate to see the epl team doing well in Europe again. RM looked toothless upfront. Poch set his team up to frustrate RM and obviously the players were up for it stuck to their tasks.
Swings and roundabouts is what I'm saying, at least going by what I've seen regarding the big calls last night.
Similarly, Lloris and Navas might not be the world's best keepers, but they both saved their sides' skins last night.
I think everyone saw why Benzema is better than Kane though.
Neither really stepped up did they lol. I think as we said it would've been really soft hence why nobody is having a moan about it really.
Happy with the point anyway, shows how much we have progressed.

Did you see Kane send Ramos for a hotdog? That was beautiful that was.
Benzema was below par yesterday. Think Ansesio contributed more in 15 minutes

Nah, it didn't make the highlights reel.
Conte'nt, on Asensio, I hope he doesn't let a handful of successful games get to his head. He's since had plenty of minutes in which to make more of a contribution than he has. His main focus now should be to knuckle down in training to earn his wings.

and even worse Farza won
Apparently Sevilla had had Spartak on the ropes almost all game until the Russkies bagged their second. Then they just collapsed. Odd game.
Anyhow, we're only half way through the group stage, things can chnge a lot still.
Atleti look in serious trouble though.

I've not seen much of them in La Liga so far this season but from watching them yesterday, I would agree.
They looked pretty rudderless.
They were about as bad to watch as we were although at least we managed a shot on target in the 2nd half.
I wasn't thinking about the football so much (if memory serves, in recent years they've typically misfired a bit at the start of the season), but in terms of the gap Roma and Chelsea have right now.
They've left themselves with almost no margin for error.

Athletic Club savaged a point in Sweden
not such a bad week for the La Liga clubs in the EL
Athletic are struggling in their group. Everton in theirs.
Out of the big leagues, only Serie A has all of its sides doing well in the EL.
I'd class 6 PL teams top of their group as 'doing well' tbf
