Walker isn't worth £50m either we all know that however we haven't got cash to burn like they have. We actually have a business to run, not a fantasy football team.
I'm glad we have pogba n Lukaku although we overpaid on both by a good 20-30m. Matic I thought we'd get for £30m given he's clearly not in their plans.
Ed needs to go. He's proven for 4 years he's not up to it.

He pays the fees the clubs will take for the players the manager asks for.
We either pay £40 million for Matic or else we don't get him. We either pay £80 million for Pogba or else we don't get him.

It's called negotiation. Call their bluff. Nobody else would pay £45-50m for Matic. Not a single soul. Wait it out and offer them £30m-£35m and if they turn it down then fair enough.

I'm not going to go all Robb on you and have a go at you for having an opinion, but why do you care so much?
My attitude to it is yes I wouldn't pick Matic, but Jose has and I will back him. As for the money it isn't my money so I couldn't give a damn what players cost anymore. £30m £40m £50m it's all obscene so I don't care anymore.
Well some people do care about how the club spends it funds and as matic I will never get on board with this he's a horrendous player and horrendous transfer in general.
