It makes no sense to sack the manager now which is why he will not be sacked now, simples
He should be given to the end of the season and if things have not worked out as they should have done then we part company
Imagine the reputational damage it would cause by getting rid after a few games and after having let him spend millions to change the entire team
It simply won't happen so we we simply need to get behind him
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So let's just have another season of $hite
Another manager would get more out of what is a decent squad
---------------------------------------------------------------------
I remember the same thing getting said about ally
Then said about Warburton
We are only three games in and it is a totally new team; I can see signs of improvement and hopefully we will continue to improve
I cannot think of many teams who have succeeeded with the "hire and fire" strategy but I have seen many fail because of it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There's no joined up thinking at the top Curly. It's apparent at every major decision they have to make and it appears as though the absent Chairman pulls the strings when big decisions need to be made.
Now maybe it's not like that in reality but that's the perception. And when there's any criticism on anything, all that comes out is the WATP guff, inane sound bites, statements and a fan group who can't even put a few simple words together in a coherent manner whilst trying to threaten everyone who dares to question what's going on.

Don't agree with that at all Ginger
You know as well as I do that the chairman of a company does not make every operational decision. There is a separate operational board in place for that and King does not sit on it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's why I said "maybe it's not like that" but sorry, I think the Chairman does influence all the big decisions. There can't be that many to make really can there?

Right. I have to get myself prettified for luncheon with the Mrs' family. Have fun all
I have no idea how long he'll get. But his record at ibrox since he took over isn't promising. 8 league matches, 3 losses and 2 draws
That will need to turn around for him to survive in my opinion

It simply won't happen so we we simply need to get behind him
----------------------------------------------------------------------
So let's just have another season of $hite
Another manager would get more out of what is a decent squad
---------------------------------------------------------------------
I remember the same thing getting said about ally
Then said about Warburton
We are only three games in and it is a totally new team; I can see signs of improvement and hopefully we will continue to improve
I cannot think of many teams who have succeeeded with the "hire and fire" strategy but I have seen many fail because of it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Total agree
We have to stop agreeing so much
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Aye, you will give me a seriously bad rep 😂😂
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wtf kind of rep do you think you have?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's what worries me
...and somehow I'm gonna make it worse

It's a bite yer rse decision by whoever the fook thought it'd work
What a mental gamble for our club to take
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I agree with that 100% Zach. I said at the time it was and I still think it was a crazy appointment
But the fact is he is here now and we have backed him financially to change the entire team around so we cannot get rid after three matches
It would be suicide
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It'd be suicid not to.

There's no joined up thinking at the top Curly. It's apparent at every major decision they have to make and it appears as though the absent Chairman pulls the strings when big decisions need to be made.
Now maybe it's not like that in reality but that's the perception. And when there's any criticism on anything, all that comes out is the WATP guff, inane sound bites, statements and a fan group who can't even put a few simple words together in a coherent manner whilst trying to threaten everyone who dares to question what's going on.

how come you know so much about Rangers ?

Don't agree with that at all Ginger
You know as well as I do that the chairman of a company does not make every operational decision. There is a separate operational board in place for that and King does not sit on it
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's why I said "maybe it's not like that" but sorry, I think the Chairman does influence all the big decisions. There can't be that many to make really can there?

I have no idea how long he'll get. But his record at ibrox since he took over isn't promising. 8 league matches, 3 losses and 2 draws
That will need to turn around for him to survive in my opinion
