I'd have said Benfica if they had won the previous game, but now CSKA have got three points, coupled with the travel, this is now the trickiest.

About time we start talking about footy again, this Lukaku Malarkey is farking ridiculous. I'll go with that team, only change Darmian. Darmian is a car crash waiting to happen

should win this game but will be tough

Both Dzagoev and Akinfeev still playing at CSKA which I find surprising considering both were extremely highly regarded a couple of years back.

Blind in for Darmian... Otherwise Robbs team

Benfica was a great result for them but they seem a bit patchy formwise domestically... They're nothing special

Still be happy enough with a draw out there

Mkhitaryan deserves to be dropped.

I wish we still had Pereira, I prefer him in a central position but he could have done a brilliant job on the right.

Happy with a draw but if we get a draw I'd be p/ssed off.

I'd rather see Lingard than Fellaini. Unless Herrera and Fellaini do actually line up as in the OP then we need more energy than we had at the weekend.

I'm not sure what Herrera has done since last season to be dropped nor what Fellaini has done to be starting so much. Fellaini has had a good start to the season. I doubt but he limits up on the ball in the middle of the park.

Berba

I know exactly what you mean even though it didn't come out right, on the grootster.

Their best defensive player - Mario Fernandes is out with a head injury when CSKA drew 0-0 away at Dinamo Moscow.

Benfica away is the hardest game on paper I reckon.

We shouldn't be going for a draw. Maybe drawing away to CSKA last time round hurt us as they are not that strong.

Fellaini is in the side because he does the basics in the middle well - no, not as good as Herrera, but we’ll enough. The reason he starts ahead of Herrera is that he offers us a threat going forward from set pieces and also gives us something defensively sound from corners etc

No coincidence we conceded a soft goal from a set piece against stoke when he wasn’t playing. Yesterday he cleared a shot off the line and is generally excellent at defending set pieces.

That is the issue Robb. We need a bit more in the middle than doing the basics. Especially as he has no pace.

We will only get away with it for so long.

This just isn't true.

According to you. But to anyone with eyes he’s excellent.

I think most people with eyes would disagree as well.

posted on 24/9/17

I agree with Robb he is good at defending set pieces but he is very poor at attacking the ball with headers in the opposition box.

Hafi has cyborg eyes so he would deffo know

Fellaini is doing way better this season than last. He is by far a better player. His contributions so far are evident.

But still, unexpectedly losing Pogba have reshuffled the planned cards according to Mourinho.

This coming week - United are set to make a decision about whether Paul Pogba needs surgery on his hamstring injury next week.

In any other city that would be true. But in Moscow any hooligans face being carted off to Siberia and forced to listen to the political leanings of Stretty 50times a day over a loud speaker
