Is Mourinho moaning over injuries.....

Aside from the United issue, I was watching The Debate last night on Sky and once again everyone was saying we've got a great first 11 but the squad is too thin. That very same squad, as you say, minus Alli, Dembele, Wanyama and Rose, drew with the best team in the world and could have won it. The proof about the strength in depth was right there to see. I'm sick of the same lazy pundits saying the same thing. What they really mean is 'untested'. 2 years ago, Alli on the bench would have been labelled as 'proof spurs don't have the strength in depth'. Now look at him. Same goes for Winks. Holds his own against Modric and Kroos. I'm not saying we don't need to strengthen, everyone does. I just wish the pundits would learn from the depth of the squad myth.

Sorry that posted all wrong, the quote I got from a highly respected, albeit Liverpool based, journalist doesn't appear in your quote, so perhaps he said two different things across the press conference?

Say my quote is a direct quote, which I'm sure it is but can guarantee, would you class that as a bit of moan about injuries?

VC the quote I took from twitter doesn't appear as part of ylthebone you posted, that's he said two different things?

............

There is no evidence that the twitter one is what Jose said at all. It is what some bird posted.

In reality, compared to the Jose we all know when he is in full moan mode, no, not really, and I say this because he was positive about getting the point.

Can some people now stop moaning about Mourinho and concentrate on their own football club?I say so as a Chelsea fan who defended Mauricio Pochettino on Chelsea board when Chelsea fans were mocking Pochettino for criticising Pep for calling Tottenham as a Harry Kane team.

Mamba

I am not a Jose fan. Quite happy to knock him when warranted.

Forgetting Dele, we were missing Dembele, Wanyama & Davies who are all first choice players

Lamela has been out so long it would be like complaining about having Zlatan out (and he's out for a shorter time than lam has been.

Jose says he does not moan about injuries, while mentioning others moaning about injuries so he can moan about injuries

He has become a parody of himself.

In his first spell, he had all the media licking his aris. They lapped up this sort of sheit.

All it smacks of now is a man looking to deflect. After such a good start too. Imagine what he will be like when United drop far behind City?

Despite his best efforts to deflect the attention elsewhere, we all know that his teams have been playing in big away games as if they were some team fighting relegation. No wins in 10 and about 5 goals scored as highlighted by Carragher on MNF. Bus parking ‘shiiiit on a stick’ football

He must h e laughing up his sleeve, he only needs to drop a little comment and its frenzy time

I bet he even says to his wife "I'm going to go into the press conference tomorrow and say such and such"

And she'll say "Don't, you have them all ranting and raving all week"

And he'll say "That's the plan"

Nobody is outraged by what he says though. We are essentially laughing at him.

Imagine a once-beautiful woman. In her day she was stunning, and wearing a miniskirt would elicit attention becuae of how stunning she looked in it.

This is essentially that woman wearing that skirt when in her 60s, after a few kids and too many pies. It gets attention alright. Just not the attention she thinks

Brilliant. He must have half a dozen identities tucked away in that brain of his, none of them aware of what the others are saying! He would be a fascinating subject for a shrink.

He’s full of garbage, probably aware that he’s moaned about it countless times but the overriding factor here is that he knows his anti-football isn’t working and he can’t take the fact that everybody knows it, so he wants to shift the attention elsewhere.

I can't find any transcript of that interview and don't tend to take tweets with much seriousness.

Not saying this isn't correct, but is there anywhere with the full interview?

Would like to see the context.
