Just two folk who lost control of their own shiitcoin(£200 ICO) , by putting an incompetent in charge of the foundation.

So, is last night's green candle the beginning of the recovery or just another bounce?

I have personally written off my investment, I will leave it in there as there is no point withdrawing it, maybe in a hundred years it will hit that magic $100,000, bloody biggest pyramid scheme in history

You are probably right. Though a proper national currency crisis would be interesting to see during the age of bitcoin.

Might be worth holding for a while to see if we get a no deal Brexit then likely a subsequent Corbyn government... Sterling will probably go into meltdown in that scenario.

Bump indeed.

Does anyone think they'll bounce back in dramatic style?

The tether manipulation investigation will keep bitcoin low for the foreseeable. A sovereign debt crisis, could see it skyrocket obviously , if it became the way to avoid wealth errosion.

Is anyone still in Bitcoin?

Most exchanges are moving over to the Coinbase/Circle backed USD coin. I don't see tether having much of anything to do with the recent drops or future prices.

Until you know how much tether money is in bitcoin and how heavily it has been used to prop up the price, it is difficult to make a coherent investment decisions. FUD and all that.

yea, FUD works both ways though.

I recently checked my Coinbase account after a very long time. About a year ago I bought about £40 of Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum in total just to see if it would go up further and it's total value is now around £7 sadly . If it keeps getting lower then am I liable in any way ?

It's bounced back up a bit today Superb!

Ironically sacking Mourinho has caused United's shares to rocket over the last few days. The pay off for him will have been made up by it probably 10 fold.

Yeah I'm assuming it will bounce back at some point Brummie. Just wondering what happens if it absolutely tanks and my current £7 turn to £0 ? Or minus. Am I then liable or owing ? Obviously I don't want that.

How can you be overdrawn, unless Bitcoin allows you to trade whilst overdrawn ?

posted on 19/12/18

You just loose your £40 Superb!

To look at it in context though Superb at the start of 2017 it was around $750 - it's currently at about $3,700 or just under.

Made your first million Brummie ?
