Laporte was their main target when Pep first arrived 18 months ago, but he signed a new contract. Not surprising they're back in for him, he's supposedly a very talented player.
It's of greater importance to them, he's also 23 years old and not nearing the end of his contract.
I haven't seen the lad but he sounds like just the sort of defender Pep likes. Might be a bit of a risk playing him and Stones together who are still young as defenders, but I guess they've done well so far with Otamendi.
