Could’ve sworn he said he was gonna give 3 Hip Hips… sounded about 24 ffs

Not that his team would make any difference. This is purely about Usyk being too good. Although when Joshua hurt him in the 9th or 10th, whichever it was, there may have been a chance to pounce and he didn't.

AJ vs Wilder would be absolute dynamite. One of them is ending up asleep on the canvas. Absolutely no doubt.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed and the winners stock rises massively.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yup the winner has every chance of winning back at least one of the heavyweight belts. Especially in a world where Fury retires and Usyk is 35 so won't be around forever.

Wow, Eddie wants to get AJ out in December.
Whyte or Wilder he says.
Considering AJ wasn’t hurt at all, it’s possible.
I’d say fight Whyte, and finish that story…
Wilder would be dangerous and too early methinks
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'll take the Whyte fight first but he needs to fight Wilder after. Assuming he beats Whyte.

AJ losing via decision isn't the end of the world for him. He can accept that Usyk is just a better boxer but HW boxing is all about styles and AJ is more than capable of knocking out other top contenders.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Agreed. There is a way back, for another title shot.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh it's not the end but it once again highlights the fact that AJ no longer let's his hands go and is too afraid to be KO'd ala Ruiz again
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I;m not sure it's even being afraid of a KO. I think he just doesn't have a fighter's instinct. He'd rather stand there and admire his last punch like he's looking at himself admiringly in the mirror.

He's more interested in business and expanding his brand

Nah… Fury beats you Usyk, but should be a cracker.
Points win for Fury.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Wide points win
----------------------------------------------------------------------
If he doesn't KO him. Fury finishes Usyk where AJ stopped tonight, he also hurts him much earlier
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Aye I personally think Fury would stop Usyk
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Wilder would beat the shti out of AJ or Usky I'm sure of that. And on that basis I can't see either of them troubling Fury.

Nobody else has a chance of beating Usyk but Fury. Usyk may as well retire himself if Fury doesn't come back.

Usyk is a smart boxer, but I can’t help but think this can’t be the best right now. Fury needs to come back and put an end to this farcical.

Some good fights for AJ still even if he'll never reach the top again. Wilder, Joyce, Dubois...think he beats them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He's made a tonne of money in the ring and is set to make millions from other business ventures outside of it.

No way he fights again.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't think he wants to end his boxing career like that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He doesn't want to end it waking up on oxygen after being sparked out either.. less so than being schooled in a boxing lesson by Usyk
----------------------------------------------------------------------

He wasn't schooled today.

First fight maybe, today was a narrow but fair win for Usyk.

Would like to see Wilder Vs Usyk actually - think there might be something in that too. Wilder actively tries to KO every moofoo, could be interesting

Be a case of Usyk running rings round him while Wilder looks for that one punch. Don't think it ends much differently than it did with these Joshua fights.

Wilder and AJ are in a similar position now. No world titles and both men thoroughly outboxed by superior opponents.

What's farcical about it? Usyk is an exceptional boxer and one of the best of all time.

bllushit. his chin was wide open in the last few rounds.

any clinical boxer wouldve finished him in any of the last 4 rounds.

AJ had plenty of chances towards the end to put Usyk on his backside but didn’t take them, sort of just stopped instead of laying in to him, pathetic really

AJ missed about 95% of his haymakers to the head
