Lucky is if this was the first time it's happened. When he does it time after time its no longer luck.

Master class defending from Atletico, we could play 12 against them and still draw, with WC strikers kudos to them.

Chelsea also had a similar home game but also beat them away. They are over hyped team, Leicester City mullered them also at home in a 1-1 draw last season. They are actually not a very good defensive side but have a top keeper. They are a bit like Man Utd very open but get away with it with last ditch defending and players not being clinical.

I barely watched the game but going by highlights can see it was really poor finishing that cost Arsenal. You could easily had another 3 goals with slightly better placement.

Leicester got beat by them in the tie. They outclassed Leicester without getting out of first gear.,

The game was the story of the French. Lacazette missed so many good chances, albeit scored a good header. Kos facked up, Griezmann scored. Wenger was the main focus start to finish.

We couldn’t do anything playing 10 men for 83 minutes hat home and concede from school boy errors that doses not entail any confidence tie over tonight unless they lose three more next week and we play without GK.

A team who has conceded 19 goals all season against a team terrible on the road. Arsenal are out - simple!

Baz tard if you watched the 2nd leg if Leicester City took there chances they would have scored 4 or 5. Similar to Arsenal today. Both finished 1-1 but if the players who shot went for placement instead of power they would have scored easily another 3 goals.

I don't think Arsenal are out. Chelsea beat them and Arsenal got the beating of Chelsea this season.

I did. Leiscster huffed and puffed but rarely troubled atletico, who just sauntered it.

Chelsea had numerous chances home and away to them.

After tonight, if we lose to United at the weekend our confidence is going to be shot to pieces come next Thursday in Madrid. I am not sure if Atleti have lost at home this year? Scoring is great at home but it is more important not to concede in a home tie in Europe. Certainly advantage to Atleti. But only half played and they really have not impressed me over the last few weeks from what I have seen. I would say we can do it but we have been terrible for a couple of seasons.

Wenger is the problem he’s past it a decade ago I hope the board can do right thing and hire Simeone to tighten the ship and restore confidence to players and fans alike. Enrique is sheet he failed at Roma and lucky with Messi at Barca, Diego for me 100%.
