If RDJ makes a come back we can stop pretending drama exists in the MCU and simply see the universe as a way of securing Disney's share price.

They are doing a show about falcon and winter soldier that is set pre Endgame, which means Captain America is still a factor. Actually, it would discredit the show if he didn't make an appearance.
As I stated, it all depends on how he is used.

Just looked on Disney actually, first 2 episodes are on there.
Only 29m and 36m long.
