He wont be match fit but always good to have a German for a pen shootout on the bench.

Best for the team in Klopp's eyes has always been players with rythm, which Can doesn't have at the moment, would be very un Klopp like to start him after a 2 month layoff.
Do you think he'd be ready to start such a massive game, v 2 of the the best midfielder's going in Kross and Modric?

lol been obvious he’s been off all season yet Klopp picks him
Don’t fool yourself into thinking Klopp won’t pick him over the fact he’s leaving.
Can has been very inconsistent this season, but defo would like to see him on the bench though and then never again!
Yeah would defo like him on the bench with Lallana but just think neiter can start after so little (or no) first team football in months.

Can being on the bench would be a major boost for us, let’s hope he makes it.
He might not leave if Liverpool win the CL and having him in the matchday squad certainly brings at least one better option available.
Irrelevant point, but about his loyalty, wonder if he would have potentially been fit for the 26th May if Liverpool weren't in the CL final.
If Can is not 100% commited to the club then there is no way he should play any part in the CL final. Let him make the final with Juve instead.
Got no time for players who mess the club about tbh.
I'm sure he's been busting a gut to try and make the Germany squad anyway.
I've little doubt he'll start on the bench but having him and Lallana on there would be a big boost, especially if it goes to extra time, and it could make all the difference.

I dont really see how changing jobs is messing the club about. I started a new job today and left the old one on very good terms.

I thought that he had already been left out of the squad?
I don’t think he will make any impact even if he comes on.
The chances of being fit enough to make an impact on a CL final after not playing since 17th March are minuscule.
The same goes for Lallana and he’s been fit a little longer.
Yeah he has, I'm just saying that I'm pretty sure he will have been working hard to get fit for the WC over the past six weeks. He's missed out but I doubt heit give it a go.
i would say can would be very welcome on the bench if an injury happens to the already depleted mid field.
