Never heard of him.
He looks a decent talent but 40 million is ridiculous. No wonder most clubs look abroad.
I follow Leeds so seen a lot of Grealish in the championship and I cannot see the hype whatsoever. He's had 1 good game against us in 4 and like the op stated, 3 goals and 6 assists ain't all that great.

£4.0m would be a good bit of business as long as his attitude's improved.
Just imagine, him on one wing and Gray on the other. People would be missing Mahrez for his defensive capabilities.
He's a poor man's Jack Wilshere without the injury problems.

Get that lad from Nice as well, and as long as we back it up with some PL experience in the form of Evans and A. N. Other, we won't be doing too bad
I don’t think Grealish has shown anything but one average season at Championship level with evidence of a bad attitude. I’m not even sure I’d want us to sign him let alone for millions and millions. Retention of our team spirit and unity, which has already been rocked, is vital for me.
