I'm absolutely hooked, apparently the best viewing figures across all channels since 2006. Makes you wonder if BoJo is secretly trying to take May down as well
Best programme I've seen since Line of Duty (funny that!)
I haven't looked forward to a night of TV for so long, it's like the old days!
- PS Budd's ex wife has a new boyfriend. No one has seen him. I'd put money on him being involved somehow.
- Everyone keeps saying that she's not dead. I can see why this would work (and no one has seen a body) but I also think it's too obvious
Theories?
Second one wouldn't make any sense - she would only fake a death if she planned it before hand; and then I doubt she would take an explosive attack just to do it.
I would be really disappointed if that was the twist.
Agreed Edin.
Jed M is too clever to go for the obvious twists. I was even a bit annoyed when he turned out that he hadn't actually offed himself.

Yeah same actually, thought that would have been a ridiculously good twist.
I felt it lost it a bit last night. A bit too much going on. It was the first episode that I watched that I didn't really enjoy.
I also haven't really got a clue what's going on anymore
Yeah I thought the exact same thing, me and the flatmate were like ' didnt really enjoy that.'
I think they are trying to write in too many red herrings whilst lazily closing out some of the other storylines (the guy giving the confession was stupid)
Glad it wasn't just me
Yeah you're right, there are too many unanswered questions and too many possibilities. It's hard to keep a track on them all, which at this stage isn't good.
(Though I did actually think the guy giving the confession was actually one of the better parts - that he was a cowardly little stitch up just trying to embarrass her!)
Really hoping it was a one off low episode and next week will end on a high.
Have you watched LoD? Incredible show.
need to see line of duty. Bodyguard was good eps 1-4 havent seen 5 yet. will be back when i have.
i think she's not dead, they made it out she was to him because they thought he did it. hence the blank put in his gun
Phenom I'd say Line of duty is one of the very best TV shows that I've seen.
Series 1 is actually by far the weakest and you might watch it and be a bit meh, but you need to watch it because it is key to some of the bigger story lines that come in later series.
Series 2 and 3 are just phenomenally good. 4 is excellent too and the way it sets up a potentially huge series 5 makes me desperate for the new series to start.
This christmas just gone I fobbed off all my family for about five days straight and just sat on my sofa bingeing LoD
I never watched LoD tbf, but nothing beats The Wire for me
Is the wire free on anything?
i still think shes not dead
Awful last episode
Just such a let down.
Yip.
Wasn't really expecting much, as quite often with television dramas the journey is better than the getting there (Top Of The Lake, being a prime example of this. But, even without taking all the hype into account, that was a particularly meh conclusion.
Record viewing figures too. The BBC must be kicking themselves.
There were some massively ridiculous parts (evading an entire police army to go to a lead suspects House) but on the whole I loved it.
What bus didn’t you like?
