No Gordon Strachan, Lucas Radebe, Gary Mac?
But most of all, why is Gary Speed not on the list???

hardly fit into the definition of cult hero.
Cult hero...
Carl Shutt
Ian Baird
David Batty
With Vinnie Jones up there too.
Who, Gary speed?
Leeds trainee and key member of promotion and title winning side. Played in almost every position in the park. On top of that just a great bloke.

Do you understand what a cult hero is?
Someone of limited impact who has a small devoted following for certain reason or reasons. Thats none of the folks you mentioned.
Batty would be my number one - along with any player you want to pick out if Revie’s Leeds.
People I think maybe don't quite get "cult hero"
to help with this....think of how currently people think of Berra and Magic Hat.
They are current Cult Heroes.

You don't know what cult hero means, clearly.
Would have had 12 cult heroes back in the seventies.
A measure of a more recent cult hero would be songs still sung about him and Lucas Radebe would fit into that category.
I'd class cult hero's as:
Berardi
Vinnie
Andy Hughes
Dom Matteo
Cantona
You maybe could say Yeboah as he wasn't here long enough but he was more than that, he was unbelievable.
Probably have to say Vinnie.
Most of these players don't qualify as cult heroes.
John Charles, Ian Rush, Gary Speed, Terry Yorath or Habib Habibou ?
Alfie or Milner or Chapman or Fowler ?
I'd say Vinnie or David Batty
Got to be the 'Chief' though for me
I reckon it depends in which era you grew up in..
I would of agreed with Cantona but leaving for THEM, ruined it for me.
Yeboah? - Chapman? - Batty?
the present day not sure we have any just yet.. we get promotion this season and that could change.. Bielsa possibly?
Vinnie had the personality, Batty was one of our own who came back.
Lorimer was a cult hero in a team of cult heroes in Revie's day.

Batty is seen as one, maybe what one person defines as a cult hero is different.
Tony Hubert was a one club man, cult hero.
I'd say Yeboah would be the one a lot of younger people would say, especially non supporters. My cult hero was Beckford, he tore up the place in our darkest years and brought us back, giving man Utd a good slap on the way.
Today though, it's Berardi, that guy is what football should be about. Passion and club before self

Lorimer, Radebe, Speed and Batty aren't what I'd call cult heroes, they are top class players.
I'd class a cult hero as a player who wasn't the best ability wise but put all the effort in or someone who wasn't here long and made a big impact.
Cult heroes
Jones
Batty
Haddock
Baradi
Hughes
Radabe
100% deffo
Speed
Milner
Charles
Rush
Chapman
Fowler
100000 % not
Can’t believe certain people don’t understands cult hero
Vinnie falls in to both of those categories so I'm saying him
