I’m with you Igor. If he didn’t bite Allen it was more luck than judgment as that was his intention. He’s suppose to be hard yet he bites..., if someone tried to bite me in a pub but only got a mouthful of my shirt do you think I’d just say nevemind lad and shake his hand? I hate to see players spitting at another player, but is it ok if a player spits at another player but misses?

I will accept that BJ had seen his team mate on the end of a bad challenge, but if your that concerned about your mate, go and check on him as priority not go moaning to a ref who’s going to send the the lad off anyway.

Tbf im more concerned about getting beat to 10 men and what the reaction is going to be over the next 3 games than if BJ is going to be banned or not.

How many of our useless and big earning "stars" can we kick-out in Jan?

Storm in a teacup. None of us know what Johnson’s intentions were or weren’t. To me it didn’t look at all as though he was trying to bite Allen though why he would want to chew his shirt I don’t know. He’s had some effective games and his positioning is good but overall he must rank as one of our worst ever signings in terms of value for money in transfer fee and wages.

I understand why most of you want Johnson out the door, especially now Lampard is trying to get you to play a more aesthetic brand of football.

But surely you will need his thuggery again when the Dogs come a-calling. That and a weak referee is probably your only hope.

See ya

Redfor50years, against Karanka's cloggers you may well be right. Have you seen a doctor about your unfortunate skin complaint?

Haha, morning Sparty.

Love it

If Johnson is supposed to have done something wrong, how did he end up with a bite mark on his neck?

I don't reckon much to Johnson and I think he was a waste of money along with Butterfield, but I think this is a storm in a teacup.

Red, we will do better without Johnson against you and don't worry, when we win you will get over it after a few weeks.

The way Rowett tried to smooth it all over I'm pretty sure that Allen bit Johnson first and Johnson reacted, but that Allen's face was too buried in Johnson's neck for the cameras to catch it. It will be interesting to see what comes out.

Sounds a more reasonable explanation and also why Allen would leap to Johnson's defence. I can't see how Allen would have a chance against Johnson in a fair fight.

It's like having Suarez playing for you, but without being a good player.

Disgusting behaviour.

If Bradley Johnson had bitten Joe Allen then why wasn't the trainer called?? As you know a human bite is very dangerous. So surely it would need to be looked at straightaway???? The reason the trainer wasn't called is because he never sunk his teeth into Joe Allen. Id like people to examine how Johnson got that mark on his neck. Etebo could have broken Keogh's leg..a career ending tackle...what do you expect Johnson to do??? Its as if nobody has ever rushed to the ref after a bad tackle. Shawcross wouldn't leave the ref alone...but he knows what a leg breaking tackle is all about...he knew.

Agree Backo.

Them red Forest barstewards know all about rushing -to and crying to refs, often in desperate attempts to get opposing players sent off. THAT is disgusting!

This lot are getting used to indifferent players...

On another note has Carson taken up cookery classes?

Because he's developing butter fingers!

And on a serious note for a great example of a player looking to con the referee at the start of a game look no further than Jack Grealish.

Anyway what are you going to do with all those blowup snakes?

Put Bobby Zamora masks on em and chuck em in your end.

Yes well that will take your mind off the game I suppose.

Do you remember how the whined at the ref to get Frank sent off when their (was it Cox?) fell over him? But we got over it and actually beat them them 2-1 with only 10 men for almost the whole game.

Ismael Miller, the cheating barsteward. What about how they whinged about Jake Buxton's slightly physical approach to the game and how he frightened "hard man" Henderson to death.
