An inevitable but unpleasant row rumbling on the fact that Cardiff have not paid the first instalment of Sala’ transfer from Nantes which was due at the end of January. Nobody will come out of that row looking good

About 30 tickets left for this one when I looked this afternoon. Remember the time when people moaned that TV kick off times affected attendances. The variety of kick off times is annoying but this season if Wolves were at home at 3 am on a Wednesday it would still probably sell out

It's going to be chaos when they start construction of the new stadium and close one stand at a time.
Maybe they should do a ground share with eg. Stoke for one season and get the whole stadium done and dusted in one go.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Don't think playing in Stoke or any other city would go down well.

My understanding is that the delay in announcing anything is due to exploratory work being done to see how expansion can be achieved with the least disruption to the stadium. The first development will likely be expanding the South Bank backwards, and it wouldn't necessarily mean closing the current South Bank while that happened

As long as they don't knock down the Molineux Hotel . I could tell so many stories a out that place. First set eyes on my wife, and mother of my children there. Also first set eyes on Bob Hazell when he turned up looking for a room.

MH must hold some wonderful memories for the locals, not sure if any of our posters could share any with us ?

Hope Man City do a number on Everton tonight, not sure why this game is being played but it will hopefully leave them 4 points behind with one less game to play

Cinci, the game has been brought forward because Man City are playing in the league cup final on the weekend it was original planned for.

Butey...you don't need to write a book about your time working at the Molineux Hotel. We've had to endure all of your experiences and tales on here for ages.

Trying to join the Wet Bum forum. Not easy as they set tasks such as “what is the last word in West Bromwich Albion”? I’ve registered as “Talbot B”. Waiting to see if I’ve Been accepted...
Bloody nonsense seeing that all I want to do is take the p*ss out of their crowd.

Amazed to see that tickets for the cup tie at Bristol are only going to be £12 each

Bit of a debate going on about how many tickets Wolves are going to get though. In the Fa cup the away team is entitled to 15% of the capacity. Ashton Gate holds 27,000 so we should get over 4,000. But they want to give us less because that number is more than the capacity of the stand they usually allocate to away fans

Come in. Welcome all. I've decided that in this world of virtual reality we can once again open the doors of the famous Molineux Hotel, and enjoy a refreshment at the bar from the master brewers of Springfield Brewery!

I was interested to see the landscaping that's been developed around the front of the Molineux Hotel. (I used to work there back in the '70s.)

It looks very much as if it has been designed to emulate what the hotel's gardens would have looked like prior to the football ground being built. The hotel was Molineux House back then of course.

Interesting fact: When I worked in the Molineux Hotel it was run by a fairly unremarkable company called Stadia Catering, based in Stoke.

WITLESS missed off the point I was making in that that unremarkable company called Stadia Catering became the behemoth that is now Bet365! Mind you, he always was an ingenuine twerp. Still blocked.

So Wolves get in over 3 times as many supporters for a match against League One opposition as Albion attract against Premier League opposition

Two of the eight Fa Cup fifth round games will be played in Wales.

Bit of a shat show the cup this year, plenty of lesser clubs eyeing a lucrative quarter final with 7 of the remaining 16 sitting below half way in the championship and with Newport living the dream facing Man City at home.

As draws go we got about as bad a draw as we could outside of the big three left.

Butey...At least you're consistent with your reminders with regard to you working at the infamous Molineux Hotel and you blocking me.

I'm sure everyone wants to know that, but at least I have the sense to keep you unblocked, in order to read your risible remarks.

But clearly don’t have the sense to realise that when you send a message to someone that has blocked you, they won’t see it

Oh he sees it alright DJ. Either he sees it before he logs on and signs in, or others post it for him.
