Yes three year olds can open doors, well done. Could she have reached the door? From the photo of the door I have seen, I doubt it. Not only that but there were two gates after the door, one with a child lock.
It's a lot less suspicious an adult carrying a child in a tourist location than a three year old wandering aimlessly around on her own. Somebody would see that, remember it, even intervene.
Of course it could be possible but I think very unlikely.
No my statements aren't ridiculous. My son is four(his birthday today) and he cant reach the door handle on my doors, let alone open them. He's above average height for his age. So it's a very normal thing to ask.

I actually googled what happened a month ago before it was cool. I was talking to my pal Google the other day and he says that they are no longer sharing what actually happened as they don't want too many people knowing and their systems can't cope. So if you want to know what happened just ask me as I've previously googled it.

One possible reason mentioned in the documentary was that the Portuguese police didn't want it to come out that predators were active in the area as it could hurt the tourism business. So it was better to have the parents guilty rather than admitting that children weren't safe in Praia de Luz

I actually googled what happened a month ago before it was cool. I was talking to my pal Google the other day and he says that they are no longer sharing what actually happened as they don't want too many people knowing and their systems can't cope.
