Nope.
This one was a definite dive. Previously he has sometimes gone down after contact. Here after a while he just decided to fling himself down after the defender had been holding him. However, it was also probably a foul.
Hopefully var will sort this nonsense out and they will give a pen for the holding rather than waiting for him to fall over theatrically.

Salah was within his rights to force the ref to make an decision. He got into the box and the defender decided to grab hold of his shirt. It’s a foul anywhere else on the pitch. All Salah did by “diving” is force the referee to do his job and give the penalty.
