Agree that Leeds need to be planning ahead. It's a tough job to follow Bielsa. Very difficult for a new manager to impose himself and little desire from players to adopt a new style so quickly having found a lot more success with this one. Two things that the club needs to find:
1. A manager who has a big enough profile and character to command the respect of the players and owners. Bielsa has this, Monk did. Guys like TC and Heck just didn't, club and job was way too big for them.
2. Similar style of football. Not someone who will mimic Bielsa's style but focus on passing game and high press.
Watford would be a good team to look at - different manager almost every year or so, but continuity in results and tactics. Must be a reason and they are targeting the right guys.
