That's the worry, go to court judge decides its a lost cause and allows hmrc its win. Another adjournment this could drag on and on. How on earth can you prepare for a new season with all this going on? No season tickets can be sold, can't sign anybody, renew contracts until football creditors are paid, could be looking at chucked out of the league and simply reforming. Wouldn't miss the Reebok. Shouldn't have gone there. Groundshare at daisy hill and rebuild from there.

There is no ownership dispute guys. Ken still owns the shares (albeit they're currently being used as collateral for a loan from the Davies family) and Laurence Bassini has not paid a single penny into the club. Bassini's basically blowing smoke about being in control but the EFL and BWFC both say he's shown no proof of funding let alone proof that he's purchased so much as a match programme let alone the club.

Unless something miraculous happens between now and close of business Tuesday Ken will still be the majority shareholder on Wednesday when we go to court. He may choose to put us into admin on Tuesday or the court may order it on Wednesday but right now Bassini is completely out of the picture no matter what statements he might make to the contrary.
