Not sure if sarcastic, but who's job is it, then? I think in our case if it's not Ole there is nobody doing this.

We need 3-4 good signings this window with the right attitude. That should in theory give the team a lift and spark some competition for places.
I agree it's easier said than done but with our resources and with an understanding of what a manchester united player is, we should be recruiting a lot better this summer.
Can I be the first to say that this in a very well researched piece that will no doubt stand the test of time, and be looked back upon for years to come as an example to football fans everywhere that hope and delusion gets the better of us all sooner or later.
Milan is Barry entrepreneur, so yes it's sarcastic, but with a point tbf. Barry is very good at being sarcy but pertinent.

First competitive game will be 25th July, yes. That's the second qualifying round.
If Watford beat City at Wembley we'll be playing on the 11th July.
Don't agree with the last paragraph tbh

Ole finally got Cardiff winning
WTF is a director of football and what does it do? Is this like when your mate is religious and makes you a god parent or some junk? What do I do? Do I pour holy water on the child? Do I give it wine? What is my role? It's all a load of shiiite.
We felt embarrassed beating them 1 - 5 at their place in Ole's first game. So as the last game didn't matter we could give them a bit of pride back.
You bring them up if their parents die, that's your role Milan.
I agree that his job starts now really.
He's seen who's up for the fight and who isn't. This summer's ins and outs will tell us a lot about the direction the club will be going.

Read an article about it a couple of years ago. Opta study showed that having top players > having a top manager and that having a top manager and top players made little difference to results.
Can't find it but there are other theories alluding to this.
Your role as a God father is to be a role model and if the parents die, you become the new father of the orphaned child.
100% Diafol. From now until Christmas is make or break for Ole. Get the signings right, get a decent start and a bit of momentum and everything will look rosy. Personally top six would be acceptable for me so long as we play some good stuff along the way.
