For that price I think that's decent. He didn't set the world alight but he's shown glimpses, during a mostly awful season in terms of performances. Even if it doesn't work out I'd expect we could pretty much make our money back on him.

Mbeumo wants United apparently according to Ben Jacobs. Semenyo is the next in line, which is really disappointing. Eze deal being described as ‘complicated’.

We all know what that means. It’s Levy being Levy, even with CL money. Palace want a hefty chunk up front and we’re not prepared to budge on it, even though his release is a fairly affordable 68m.

Also, of course it’s Semenyo. It’s not as good as the other two by a long way but his wage demands will be far lower than Mbeumo and Eze.

Not sure I can really be arrrsed with our transfers this summer. We know exactly how it’s going to go. It’s never, ever going to change until he’s gone.
