Okay a failed premier league striker owned by a team that probably wouldn’t sell
I don’t particularly want Giroud but if that’s a option ( it’s probably not ) for 6 months then yea he’s probably ideal.

Haaland would have been the signing that could have enabled Spurs to go into the Summer in a really strong position re Kane. It would have shown real intent in the short term while being ahead of the game if a big head made a serious play for Kane. It would have shown proper foresight by not allowing clubs to rip us off for garbage players knowing we had a massive fee from Kane burning a hole in our pocket.
In addition, with Kane returning from injury and possibly giving us another season it would have made us proper contenders next year.... sadly Levy never looks beyond the last penny spent... oh well

don't agree mate.... Spurs seem incapable of accepting there's anyone as good as kane or someone who could possibly replace him..... they are totally naive in thinking he'll never leave and as such base our transfer policy on that misguided view.... you always have to be thinking one step ahead and levy refuses to do so, it's a very risky strategy especially with a guy who's proved to be injury prone. Sooner or later Kane will fack levy over and leave
