It is to help Betis retain more money. PSG has a 20% sell on fee, so we have agreed to loan for a year for £15m which they will pocket all of and then buy him for a further £40m next summer of which PSG get 20% of

But youd have Winks screening and them 2 playing ahead of him in a back 4

Winks doesnt do a lot defensively though

Well assist rate does not look that high but he does look like can be physical and does not seem like a slouch. I remember people saying Modric does not provide many assist but you dont need to assist to be creative. He is what Poch wanted so I am very happy with his signing.

N’dombele and Lo celso are experienced enough and have enough quality to work as a CM 2. I believe this is what Poch will do long term otherwise he can’t get Alli/Eriksen into the team without sacrificing one of our wide forwards.

I have been known to be wrong before though

Lo celso and ndombele in a midfield 3 with winks in a back 4, but I'm not convinced on the right side of defence so the onus is on lo celso and ndombele to do a lot of defensive work. Cannot be doing with seeing the opposition attack and instantly look like scoring

He sweeps up and doesn’t bomb forward like the other two will.

We are set up now for the diamond which will probably leave us exposed down the flanks but tough through the middle

OP makes him sound like a better player than anything Barca, Real or Juve have got, which begs the question - why didn't they sign him?

With a diamond we need the width from the fall backs, correct?

Makes way more sense to me to have Sissoko at the right of the diamond to cover KWP or Foyth.

Assist rates can be very misleading, you can beat 3 players lay a fantastic through ball off only for that guy to miss or play a little sideways pass to the next player and get an assist themselves.

Our Central Midfield options are as good as any in the league now in my opinion and are versatile.

My only concerns are right back, with Pochs plan to play Foyth there and Kane having no back up, not even Llorente.
