"Angus Gunn at Southampton is Scottish too, we should be enquiring about him as he would easily be no1 if he wants to play for us"
He's already turned down Scotland in 2017.
Understandable, he was born in England and has represented them at every level up to U21s.
Frustrating when we started both halfs well but we were ball watching so much and again failed to do the basics. Goals from set plays is also a sore one. Teams like Belgium do not need any help!
We need to try and use some younger players, Morgan? Johnstone, Aitchison ?
Agree about Hampden, it is not hostile enough - needs re done or move it around the grounds FS
we have no decent forwards coming through at any level
and there is absolutely no point in throwing in youngsters just for the hell of it
Morgan and Johnstone are playing for Celtic regularly they should not be discounted.
so is Ferguson at Aberdeen but he is no better than what we have in the squad already
Morgan maybe but Johnstone is exactly the player we are needing at the moment.
and neither Celtic player is anywhere near as good as Fraser yet
The lad ODonnell has to be the most obviously out of his depth player I have seen (Brophy aside) since Gary Kenneth.

MJ is a top prospect
Where I think Morgan should not even be playing for Celtic, Aitchison already can`t get a game, so I think they are bad examples, but get the idea.
If young players are as good as older players in the squad now, they probably have a better chance of improving and should at least be involved.
It`s a difficult one to get the right balance though, but it`s clearly not good enough right now. Not sure if Clarke would be given the time for this kind of approach.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
yes he is, he is not as good as Fraser, maybe as a back up but definitely not ahead of him
IMO Fraser should always start on the left
We should be looking to get some game time out of the younger players, we know barring a miracle the group will not allow us to qualify so we could be experimenting and leaving the best team for the semi of the league of nations
Game time yes, but certainly wouldn't throw them straight in
If MJ continues to play the way he has for Celtic he deserves a starting slot for Scotland. Fraser is over rated.
and tbh the only two I would promote would be Johnston and Ferguson
Fan, Hornby at Everton has banged in 6 in 8 or something for the u21s. He should be decent.
I would rather Lewis Ferguson playing for Scotland than Scott McTominay too. At least you can see Ferguson improving.
Fraser isn't over rated at all
He had almost as many assists as Hazard last season in a far worse team
Just sheight for Scotland then? Dont watch much Bournemouth tbf
Jack does deserve a chance too, much improved for Rangers. Head and shoulders clear of McTominay in quality.
Forrest really needs binned off as well, he's consistently terrible for Scotland. Has Matt Ritchie pied it? He's an option for RB and RW.
everyone is shiete for Scotland tbf
Fraser was one of the better players v Russia I thought
