Again, not exactly true. His signing on fee may have been taken into account across the length of his deal but his weekly wage is nowhere near 400k a week.

Juve are desperate to get rid of Ramsey. That happens when you give a guy who's never fit 400k a week. Much as Juve play the free transfer market well, they have to pay the wages to compensate. I don't think they could be far off hitting FFP limits, given their wage bill. They've got rid of Can who was another free transfer on big wages. And now they need to get rid.

We won’t get back to competing for titles by welcoming 5th/6th place calibre players into our ranks in exchange for a player who could be our main man if we built a team around him.
Honestly rather lose Pogba for £80m and no players in exchange than get him in return for these two + cash.
