Not a hope mate.

Reckon you will fluke something against leipzig and that will keep him in his job

posted on 5/3/20

We could lose every game and he'd get the summer

posted on 5/3/20

I honestly think we're stuck with him , this season is over
I'll wait and see what happens in the summer . Jose is a tool but his not stupid and already probably has his players in he wants and the players out list .

If no turn around in style or play after the first 4 games he will be sacked.

As an Arsenal supporter it feels like a bit of a win / win situation.

It would be hilarious were Levy to sack him before the end of the season. Equally I'd be delighted if he stays on.

Would love it if he gets sacked so we can get in Nagelsmann or someone.

who do you think spurs could realistically get if you finish 6th or 7th?

posted on 5/3/20

Why would Mourinho get the sack? He has only been in the job five minutes. The results don`t matter now, the season finished once Son got injured, he has lost his best strikers, and he will be judged next season, when he brings his own players in.

No CL = no Jose...well that's the way it should be,Poch got the chop when it looked unlikely

Chelsea still managed to bring in big players when you finished 10th

We won't sign anyone

Another year of using what we have, or recruit from the academy

Dont think we'll win of those games without Kane & Son, Rest of the starters look mentally knackered or are never fully fit. Don't expect us to get any kind of European football for next year.

Dont expect Jose to get sacked this year because..

1) too expensive
2) Dont see a decent candidate out there who would take the job before the summer. As much as Jose was NEVER the right fit at Spurs I could see why Levy went there, track record, proven winner and was available. Without CL football revs next, there's absolutely no point keeping Jose for the future Spurs face as they try and rebuild

Would try and make a face saving deal with Jose in the summer and then go after someone young, fresh ideas which can try and build a new identity for the Club.... Howe, Nagglesmann, Hasenhuttl. In the case of the Howe & Hasenhuttl it would be interesting to see what they could do with slightly better players (& I do mean SLIGHT)

Yep, and admit it's a long way back for us too, Sandy.

I think the acceptance phase is easier to deal with than the denial phase though.

Or are you still at the anger phase?

It's so difficult to tell tbh.

Disagree. Spurs are a massive club now and willing to drop £15m a year on a manager. A club like Everton just hired Ancelotti...

Nagglesman is attainable. Him or Rodgers would be my choices.

He could but he won't.

All those that were Poch out a few months back must be gutted now.

All except Sandy that is.Sandy will do his best Wahl impression right to the end,as he won't admit sacking Poch was a mistake

Unfortunately for Spurs fans, Kane and Son getting injured has given Mourinho a get out of jail free card. He’ll have a meltdown next season and get sacked.

Difference is I don`t really care about Arsenal, you seem to be more worried about Spurs though. Neither club are in good health at the moment, but Spurs are at least still in the CL, Arsenal do not look like getting back in that competition for a very long while.

Oh and I have never been in an anger phase, I go watch my team win, lose or draw, as I have done for the past 60 plus years. I certainly don`t throw tantrums over a few losses.

Ancelotti was unattached at the time though.

Had he been at a top Italian club, you really think he'd have left to go to Everton?

The sooner he get sacked the better. Sack him now and maybe we get another new manager bounce.

Not worried, Sandy. Merely enjoying the tantrums being thrown here, after years - and, as it turned out, years and years - of you lot banging on about how great the new stadium was going to be, how it was going to propel you to the next level (presumably at the time you thought that would be upwards?) and how you wouldn't encounter, and go through, the same traumas that Arsenal had had to, due to CL and television money.

Today is a good day.

The Stadium is great, the best in Europe in all probability. Having a poor team, don`t make the stadium poor. Spurs will earn plenty out of the stadium to fund new players over the coming year. It is a cash cow. Not only used for football, but other events will generate money for the club.

Spurs have barely been in the stadium a year, so plenty of time to get things right on and off the pitch. Arsenal have been in their stadium a decade and are going backwards.
