Charlie Austin was on opengoal last week and he spoke about Barton said he's a great team mate, high standards etc
and Ross Wallace ex Celtic was on it a few months back (he played under him at Fleetwood) and said he's a top coach
so I don't doubt he has a bit about him, footballing/coaching wise
however as a person he's a complete and utter fool and I'm glad he made a complete baws of it up here
similar to Steven Ge...

Ilistened to Charlie Auston's open goal on my walk yesterday.
How fvckin fun did that Swindon team sound?

Agreed. The more uncertainty we have the further from normality we are
I see Arsenal are hoping UEFA use coef to award european places for next season. Stopping the season now and awarding the CL places to the 4 highest coef points. (possibly fifth highest if Man City's ban is upheld)
Bonkers, however you wouldn't put it past them, they're very fond protecting the top clubs.
Would be shocking for teams like Sheff Utd

Yet government will have the last say. Why does football think it can and will be different?
We’re about to hear more stupidity from UEFA later stating that leagues must be finished middle of July or something equally stupid.
Our government are simply refusing to discuss anything to do with ease of restrictions and the soor faced hatchet gobbled ginger ferret is determined to crash the economy for the political gain in trying to bring down the government.
Cow
the open goals are honestly fantastic
the James McPake one if nobody has listened to it is brilliant, very honest refreshing account of his career
when Si gets on old firm players the same stories get banded about a lot, the McPake one was all very open and honest, top stuff
Staunch.

Aye I love them. You get their real personalities instead of the pash they feed you in a Sky Sports interview or the likes.
Still to hear the James Mcpake one. Will put on later if I find my phone
I hate the way they're wanting footballers back to work behind closed doors etc

In defence of brown, I don't know if there was anything for him in England. Prove yourself, To who? Playing on a team that will likely struggle and maybe not on much more cash and uprooting your family. He took the easy option but if might have been the right option

Scott Brown seems to bother the Rangers lads a lot.
Brown had the chance to sign for Newcastle 7 weeks after signing for Celtic
Not sure about anything else since.

well Scott Brown is a fairly successful Celtic captain as opposed to Joey who stayed in Scotland for about 6 months, showing absolutely nothing at all.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
And in that 6 months he talked more crap and had more poor performances than an entire careers worth from Brown
