Excellent tagging Kit, especially the last team
Good to see this step being taken. Any fans back in the ground is a good thing, albeit with the reduced capacities and singing bans.
Nothing mentioned about singing bans
I've not seen anything yet from Chelsea.
We were offered a refund on our existing season tickets for the value of the remains games, with the option to donate it or to carry it over to be taken off the next season ticket. I went for the last option.
I do not expect season tickets to be issued this season. I am expecting some sort of ballot amongst fans for games when we are allowed some back. I'll update if I hear anything concrete.
I would like the safe return of the money I spent on tickets for games that didn't happen. Football clubs seem to have taken a Ryanair view of returning money.

Chelsea have not, they even refunded fans the cost of flights and hotels for those that had booked them for Munich. Also every part time worker, such as match day security was paid for every single game they would have attended as a steward, even though they weren't required. No lay offs, furlough or government funding and that's just the tip of the iceberg. I say this only to highlight it, not to gloat, because we are typically portrayed as a soulless club.
Part of a lengthy email from City:
Data Verification and Seasoncard Amnesty
For the 2020/21 season it is essential that we know exactly who is entering the stadium each matchday, to enable the Club to fully support the Government’s Track and Trace scheme.
The Government’s website gov.uk explains the Track and Trace scheme as follows:
• It ensures that anyone who develops symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19) can quickly be tested to find out if they have the virus.
• It helps trace close recent contacts of anyone who tests positive for coronavirus and, if necessary, notifies them that they must self-isolate at home to help stop the spread of the virus.
We understand that there are a number of reasons why the information we have on record may not correspond with the details of an individual Seasoncard holder.
• Seasoncards are often held in the names of previous supporters; or
• One Seasoncard can be used by different family members; or
• Supporters have multiple Seasoncards in their own name (excluding a disabled supporter with a personal assistant)
Based on the above, the Club will be implementing an amnesty period until 11:59pm, Sunday 23rd August 2020 to enable all supporters to update their personal details and contact information in preparation for the new season.
It is important that the name on the account that the Seasoncard is registered with, is the supporter who attends the match.

My season ticket is in my dad's name. I've put his birthday down, but my year of birth for some reason as well
At least some clubs seem to be making plans for the future.
At Wednesday (for the end of last season) we were offered several options. I went for a subscription to ifollow for the remaining games, a credit to my season ticket future match tickets and a shop credit - all of which has been fully implemented.
I'm in year 2 of a 5 year season ticket which I paid for previously so they already have my money. There were plenty of options and there doesn't seem to be any reluctance to pay up.
I realise that Premier League clubs will have different problems as crowds tend to be bigger than the Championship
We were told (Man City) that they are hoping to trial games in October with Seasoncard holders from last season entered into a ballot for next season on a pay as you go basis.
I suppose it's a start but it'll probably mean you can't go with your usual mates.

I'm surprised to hear that Spart - I would have thought that Derby would have done something to recompense fans with season tickets.
I opted for a refund for the matches I couldn’t go to last season. I had already renewed for next season. As yet I have had had neither refund nor any information about next season. I know they can’t do too much without the government deciding what will be allowed but they could at least communicate with season ticket holders in some way and there isn't any excuse for not giving the promised refund.

I agree It's understandable that clubs don't know yet what they might be allowed to do, but you should have had your refund by now - not good.

That's cool that you have a season ticket for a PL club next season already 🙂
. . . be a miracle if that happens . . .
