Should retire tbh
His body isn’t up to it. Sad story

He probably should go play abroad now, America or somewhere easier when you get paid loads. Not sure he’ll ever be able to keep fit enough for demands of a top league. Is a sad story, he’d have been such a better player without injuries, may not have been world class levels, But he did have some serious potential before his injury and could have been a very good player
Nope, in his day he was a terrific player - but 'his day' was a looong time ago...

Probably the most overated arsenal player ever
As Roy Keane once said, one of the most overrated players of all time.
What a sad story he’s been, should have become a much better player than he did. I’m sure Cocaine Jack is eyeing up a move to Columbia or Peru now.
no thanks - we don't have the space in the squad to even register right? if we need a creative player we'll just bring in Ozil
Would rather a crocked Jack who actually tries than someone like Ozil who can't wait to retire and play playstation.
Imagine accepting a wage cut when a player who earns 3x as much as you in your squad won't, despite the fact that your work rate and output is 10x higher or more.
Hope the regrets his decisions to waste the twilight years of his career and hinder Arsenal's ability to progress after letting us down on the pitch for years.

Well, I wouldn't be listening too much to Roy Keane - an immense player but an awful Manager...
Well yea Jack over Ozil easily but still no
Wilshere is the biggest shame in 21st century alongside Diaby. But the Arsenal fans won’t forget him from his reserve days, to his first team debut to the peak in 09-10 season.
Sadly it's not worth the effort to even try and get him fit and playing now, exactly why we let him go.

His peak was 10/11 which was also his debut season. Seems you’ve forgotten already
Wilshere was and is a d! ck. That's why his career never blossomed fully. Unlike the others who had theirs wrecked by injury, this lil twerp could have stopped his injuries happening to him. But he didn't, why? Because he is a prime example of what happens to an overplayed youngster, who gets a national team callup and suffers delusions of grandure as a result of reading too much of his own press.
ALL he had to do to avoid his injury woe was stop being a ball hogging little glory boy, always trying to near singlehandedly beat entire MFs and defences. Just wouldn't listen though. Because HE'S Jack Wilshere and Jack Wilshere is the best footballer england's ever produced etc. So he can beat any team by himself.
He now knows "Umm no Jack, you really can't."
Sports scientists should have advised him about this. I can’t believe they didn’t think of it.

Or... maybe he played that way his whole life and that's what got him to the Arsenal team in the first place? And unfortunately his ankles are made of glass. A particularly fragile type of glass.

Yes. Ergo the lil dumbass needed to humble himself and learn to alter his game slightly to protect those fragile glass ankles. But he couldn't fit his ego into coaching sessions so was unable to ever attend those lessons.
That's why the lil dumbass stuffed up his own career. He's a victim of ego, not injury/glass ankles. Had he been able to overcome the first, then the second likely wouldn't have stifled then ended in disgrace. One of the most promising English football careers ever. A shame indeed.
Whatever negative things you say abt wilshere, he has just taken a huge financial hit to play football.
compare that to sok, kola and ozil.

Didn't ya know SuperJack needn't listen to mere mortals. They knew nothing of his mutant dribbling powers which could conquer all...
Or so he thought when they said "You've got to play smarter to protect yourself."
Yeah I’m sure that was it.

And so he should after the way he took the greatest opportunity and spurned it on an ego trip.
Not singing those others you mentioned praises either. It bugs me when people talk about Wilshere in the same vein as other AFC youngsters whom injury ravaged, through no real fault of their own. Makes him sound like a victim of cruel fate. When he was in fact, a victim of his own ps poor attitude. It gives him credit he doesn't deserve.
