Notts Florest are in the County of Notts.
Notts County are in the City of Notts.
Evening View. A perfectly judged 24 hour pre-match thread . Not so long that we start wittering about the weather, just long enough to discuss our various tactical options.
Even in' Heb - thank you for your continued sunny disposition and optimism.

When John Gregory’s team lost 3-0 that was the end. A spineless defeat like would surely do the same for Cocu. Even a spirited defeat would still have plenty baying for Dutch blood. But a win, any old how, could be a sliding doors moment that we look back on as the start of the good times. Sometimes these things come down to luck at crucial moments and Cocu is surely due a whole load of that if, as is often claimed, these things even themselves out. Do they f**k.

Evening, fellow Shinnites.
I think its fair to say that we were still in the game on Tuesday, until our hero was replaced. Let's hope that he can avoid Mr Harringtons attentions and remain in the fray for a little longer tomorrow.
Evening Ang. Lovely night here, hint of northern lights and stags roaring on the hill. Gales and rain later though....
Almost balmy then ?
Whilst we're on the weather, it finally stopped raining here today
Sibley fit & back in contention for this one.
Bielik & Ibe set to feature for the u23s v Soton tomorrow pm.
With that out of the way we can concentrate and be beady-eyed about the footy.
If Sibley is fit then Sibley for Te Wierek on the bench.
Don't think tomorrow will be a happy day. Two teams for whom scoring is equivalent of producing the great unifying theory of the universe. Forest have the momentum, they have scored in consecutive games. Certain Cocu will have our players making pretty patterns with passes in midfield without ever troubling the goal keeper.
Is this Spart admitting that he doesn't know the great unifying theory of the universe? Feeling unwell?
I am not admitting that Heb'. Just that strangely enough, no one has ever asked me for it before. Actually the bit about the big scale, relativity etc I am OK. It's the little stuff to do with quantum theory I don't follow. Who gives 2 ****s about Schringer's cat, obviously not Schrodinger.
The three cleverest I people I have come across are Mrs Heb, followed in no particular order by Spart and Vidal. Amazing!
Should have kept it on the weather, Heb

To be fair you have a certain home-spun, good, earthy, basic type of intelligence which is not to be underestimated.

I'll take that !
Of the 3 of them, I think you chose the right one to live with
Are any of the Hebings teenagers? If so you will have someone close by who knows everything.
The great unanswered question for me is what on earth is an inverted wing-back?
That must be one for Wellies ?
They feature in Aussie rules I think.
Spartmust have lots of time on his hands now he's in tier 3 ? 😗
