i feel robbed, we were going to win the title and i didn't get to enjoy something i'll probably never see again.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
2nd time in my lifetime mate, so don`t give up hope.
that would be it for me silver, i couldn't possibly go back with him in charge.
it goes against everything that i think our club should be about, how can you claim to be open to all and then employ someone with that mindset
now ppl will say "aww but Griffiths" but let me tell you, he was young and young people are stupid, you get some who are not, but the majority are.
I don't mean stupid as in a lack of intelligence, i mean in terms of ignorance, and knowing nothing about life, and being open to other cultures.
they are getting better at teaching this in schools and kids these days are far more open to sexual preferences, skin colour, background, culture, than they were when I was growing up.
kids these days are far more open to sexual preferences

know what the worst bit about it is, not getting to enjoy 9 in a row.
like 10 is massive, but 9 went out on a whimper, robbed of that and then falling flat at 10.
it's been such a disappointing end to nearly a decade of dominance.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Celtic robbed of the 9th one..
By your own board who couldn't wait to end the season and claim the asterisk and look at the mess it's got you in now
A club open to all.
Racists, Homophobes, Misogynists, Anti-Semites.
And that's just Malky.

I cant say for sure of course.
You would guess that someone like Levein - who was very close to Ann Budge when it was all going on - speaks from a fairly informed position.
He stated quite clearly on a podcast just last week that the main driver behind the season ending early was one club who wanted 9 in a row secured.
Maybe he just made that up? Who knows.....
how else was it going to go down?
as i say, other leagues declared, it wasn't out of the blue and against the norm.
My kids can get EU passports (Irish and Cypriot) but I can't. Wish we had moved to Cyprus before all this brexit nonsense

Listen - theres no point in trawling back through the same old debate. But given other leagues managed to finish you can understand the views of the clubs that lost out big time that more could have been done to complete the league.
Falkirk were one point off the top with a vastly superior GD with about 8 games to go.
That was pretty harsh.
But the point I was making was that greetin about not getting to celebrate 9 in a row properly when other clubs were much worse off is just a bit ridiculous.
well lets not pretend that all clubs fans don't view injustice as to what effects them.
how many times did i have to hear the words "nobody should have to go through wit we went through!" in regards to rangers going into admin?

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Lets also not pretend that we are not capable of recognising injustice just because it doesnt happen to our club.
I am not a Falkirk, Thistle or Hearts fan.
But I think what happened to them was extremely harsh and a better solution could have been sought.
i don't disagree with that and i think thistle were hard done by, but not hearts, f... hearts.
Celtic were on course for 9 in a row, i don't think that was going to change. 9 seasons led to that moment after growing up in the 90s and enduring how bogging a time that was to be a celtic fan i was really looking forward to it.
it's not the end of the world, but it still sucks.
It will be interesting to see what team Lennon goes with in Milan tomorrow.
Does he drop the players who have let him down and go with players he's sure want to be there even if that risks a lower quality team and a hiding?

I get that it was a big thing.
I just think that with everything thats going on in the world and with the harsh outcomes for other clubs out of the COVID situation then I am sure you can understand why no-one else is slightly bothered by the fact celtic fans didnt get to celebrate in their normal fashion.
I also think that you are kidding yourself on a bit if you dont think that Celtic and their quest to secure 9 in a row wasnt a driving force behind how the season ended.
i think it would motivate Celtics response, but celtic weren't the only ones asked to vote to end the season were they?
Bigger picture this matters not one jot to the world and even outwith the vitrus it wouldn't matter, i'm not happy at Celtics form and i think it would improve with fans but that doesn't mean i want them back in right now.
Its my dads 60th next week and i wanted to take him to spain to see Barcelona, for once not playing celtic, and i won't get to do that. I haven't seen family a lot either.
These are things that i'd like, but in the grand scheme not huge, doesn't mean we aren't allowed disappointment.

Celtic were falling apart you would never have got 9 and this season has proven it.

The proof is in the pudding, Covid delayed the collapse. It would have been even more entertaining over the last few games too, a title win to rival helicopter Sunday was on the cards for us.
Lawwell knew it that's why he was bullying other clubs into ending the season.
