One thing to be really clear about, in the light of some of the beyond moronic comments made on here today. Arteta is a human being who wants us to win. He wants us to win as a former captain, a current manager, and someone who wants to build a career in management. He's trying his best. Edu is too. Whether they are good enough or not, we must know the line between criticism and abuse. Just as Xhaka was more than right to tell the Arsenal fans to F off for the social media abuse, we must remember that they're just people. Failing, but genuinely trying.

Sorry but at the highest levels when people are being paid £5m/£6m a year salary you have to produce or lose your job.

And should have meant Arteta was fired last season after he failed to get into Europe.

There's no manager I know of who has turned a situation like this around. It's the International break. Perfect time to get rid.

Will we do it? I doubt it.

People get frustrated with injustice and Arteta still having a job after failing is a big one. It'll only get worse.

A goal from Ederson would be nice.

"People" are grown adults who should understand how to manage their frustration within the acceptable limits of society. People have been arrested for less.
