I think my choice would be
1 McGregor
2 Tav
3 Davis
4 Goldson
Though it’s hard to separate Tav and Davis I think McGregor edges it
Shayne Duffy surely has it wrapped up?
Agree on the four. For me it has to be Tav. Anything else is a wrong answer if you ask me.
Almost everyone has been great, but think he has been a class above. Goldson second.

I thought Tav would be the clear front runner but I think first half definitely belonged to Tav but McGregor has been immense
I also think Davis has put in more MOTM awards than anyone but I could well be wrong
For a RB to have been the top scorer and leading with assists for most of the season has been ridiculous
Would I be right in saying that Goldson has played every minute this season?
They've all been great but I'll go:
1. Goldson
2. Tav
3. Davis
4. McGregor.
From the outside looking in
1. McGregor - has done what Goram did all they years ago, kept you in games with terrific saves then you go snatch a win. Invaluable points
2. Tav - like the kicker in NFL doesn't do much but takes the kicks so points wise looks better
3. Davis - has he played enough to win it?
4. Goldson - scored in an OF game

It does the team a disservice for McGregor to be honest in my view. What he's had to do he has done well, but over the course of the season he's hardly been called in to action. To have the season we have had and end up calling the keeper as POTY wouldn't do it justice, plus there's a bit of a recency bias with that choice as at the start of the season he was rotated with McLaughlin.
Has to be Tav or Goldson. Tav has been outstanding all the way through, 17 assists and 12 goals is ridiculous for a right back. Even without the goals he has been immense.
Goldson would be my second choice as he's been an ever present in what will potentially be the best defence in Scottish league history. He's also scored 8 goals so has to be a solid contender.

It's not his assists, goals or pens for me.
It's the improvement in all aspects of his game, leading the team by example when there are (arguably) better players in the team.
His fitness levels and work rate have been excellent.
He puts in at least a 7/10 performance in every game he's played.
All of the above could be said about the others (or equivalent stats for McGregor).
What gives Tav the edge for me is that he also played in some woeful Rangers teams but stayed to fight for his place and to strive to do better and that determination has contributed to one of the most satisfying league titles ever (pending).

Agree with this comment, sure there was a stat going on for ages about the number of games McGreggor hadn’t faced a shot on goal a few months ago.
Renegade I think even up to Christmas there was also a stat that McLaughlin had more clean sheets than him.
It's not to take anything away from him but we're not unbeaten in the league because of McGregor keeping us in games every week. He's made some big saves which you would expect of a keeper at his level, but not sure I'd say over 30 league games he has been our best player.

Yep I’d agree with that, though he has had plenty of absolutely top drawer saves that have stopped us dropping points
I’ve changed my mind so Captain Tav it is
His improvement, fitness levels, goals and assists plus his role as captain he has excelled
Tavernier would be nailed on if he stayed fit.
Then McGregor who stopped us getting pulled into any sort of race.

Great to have so many class performers and be spoilt for choice though
Hopefully guys like Borna and Kamara can push on more next season and give us even more choice. Both of them have been solid and put in great performances many times but especially as far as Kamara is concerned he could do more if he believes in himself a bit more. I think self belief is the only thing holding him back from being a top player
Good to see you Smid

McGregor has been brilliant but I totally agree its easy to remember the 3 or 4 games where he made some decent saves and forget the 10-12 games where he hardly touched the ball.
If we are talking about domestically then I would only say McGregor has been MoTM in two games;
1. vs Celtic 2nd Jan. And he didnt have a save to make after the 25th minute.
2. vs Hamilton away when he single handedly won us a point.
Sure there have been other games like the weekend vs Dundee United where he made a couple of saves early on but for me Aribo was the outstanding contributor over 90minutes.
Tavs has been sensational at times and I think getting to captain us to the title is just reward for him.
Davis too has been absolute class and is a close contender.
I would give it to Goldson. I have been a massive fan of Goldson for the last few years and have always been stunned by the criticism he took. A lot of it stemmed from one misplaced pass that led to us losing an OF game.
I have always thought Goldson has been excellent. He is the one CB who is tasked with bringing the ball down and taking risks with the ball at his feet.
I do believe he has kicked on and shown real leadership this season though and he gets me vote for POTY
We wouldn't have won v Antwerp last week without McGregor.
If it wasn’t for McGregor’s saves v Utd we could easily have been 3-0 down but he kept us in it and gave us a platform to build on and after the first 25 minutes we controlled the game
He also saved us in several European games
It’s easy to say he’s just doing his job but if it was any other keeper I think we’d have lost a lot more points and games
Tav for me,
