If you see a rumour x player is signing for Barcelona for example and it is confirmed then you can sign him upto 24hrs after the signing or can go to auction

If it’s a rumour that x player is signing in the summer then I think they should be available for x amount of time

I think it depends on the player, if they’re moving from a club like Barca, PSG etc I think it should be an auction. More as hockey auctions would be good imo
