I do believe my ability to think outside of the box and implement change really is an asset to most businesses.

You've certainly built a reputation in the former if your posts on this forum are anything to be believed!

What sort of changes have you implemented in some businesses before?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
* New objection handling systems
* New CRMs
* Developed and then implemented new products
* Expanded many businesses overseas
* Provided the networking for supply chains overseas
* Turnaround

...and you can still manage to put in a 10 hour shift on ja606 everyday.

Amazing.

Joint top?

You're 3rd.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We are joint top.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We had all this last year with scousers insisting they were joint top, when second to Spurs.
Mate, you are third. If the season finished now, you would be third. Goal difference is a factual decider, and two teams have better goal difference, hence they are first and second.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We are not third we are joint top

That's interesting, how did you get in to change management then?

The beauty of being your own boss. I just tend to delegate most days and keep an eye on the markets.

Yeah because it's really that straightforward. Sounds like you've got the world's most reliable staff.

Relief that we’ve been knocked out of a cup competition? FFS.

We need to start winning things now. Crowing over 2nd/3rd/4th place finishes is such a Spursy attitude.

There’s no relief to take from last night. Just frustration and disappointment.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Especially seeing how much money we’ve spent

Apparently we are no better than last year but we are only joint top of the league, unbeaten too, unlike last year!

Not being funny but women are not as good as men are at selling. Especially over zoom or phone. They aren't strong enough.

And the silly cows then ask for 9 months off to have a kid. Shocking

Since I purchased ‘the Culer plan’ (The wolf of Wally street, yours for only £450), my business has gone from strength to strength.

* step 1 fire all women they are weak, moan and take 9 months off. Also don’t use the camera in zoom. Illegal to fire them, but you can bully them into quitting (see chapter 3- ‘biiitches need stitches.’

Step 2: all male staff post better sales results using the 3 d’s. Side effect is without women around they’ve resorted to bumming each other. Culer actually encourages this in chapter 5: ‘pays to be gay’

Step 3: let them do all the work. That leaves you as the boss to spend hours writing great arrticles on football forums that regularly get 100+ comments. See chapter 8: ‘a day in the life of a successful bummer’

Highly recommend to further your business
